State-of-the-art Production Unit
Shivshakti Enterprises operates a modern production facility located in Waluj MIDC, Aurangabad. The factory layout supports efficient manufacturing of auto rickshaw hoods, hood covers, Rexine goods and stitched products like school & lunch bags.
We have organized production zones for raw material storage, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing to ensure smooth workflows and timely dispatch.
Machinery & Equipment
- Industrial cutting machines and templates for accurate panel preparation.
- High-speed sewing & lockstitch machines for consistent and durable stitching.
- Heat-sealing and edge-finishing tools for water-resistant and neat edges.
- Inspection benches and measuring tools for dimensional accuracy.
Quality Control
Quality checks are performed at incoming material stage, during production sampling, and at final inspection. Raw material tests include tear strength, color fastness and basic water resistance checks. Final packing audits ensure product safety during transit.
Warehouse & Logistics
An on-site warehouse stores raw materials and finished goods. Packing lines are arranged to support both domestic bulk orders and export-grade shipments. Dispatch is coordinated with local transporters and third-party logistics.
